With the My EcoSystem program, you will take an in-depth look at what you eat on a regular basis. You will learn more about micronutrients and macronutrients, as well as techniques for making informed food choices. For example, we will discuss how to read food labels and how to include more whole foods in your diet.

HOW you eat.

Have you ever considered that how you eat has an impact on your overall health and wellness? Do you find yourself eating mindlessly in front of the television or while scrolling on your phone? Or, do you eat “on-the-go”, such as in your car or in front of your work computer?

In many ways, how we eat our food is equally as important as what we eat. Setting aside just five minutes to eat more mindfully can radically transform your satisfaction with what you eat and even your overall digestion! This can be tricky, and you will learn tools for improving how you eat.
