One thing is for sure - your breath is there with you everywhere you go. Without your conscious mind even realizing it, your breathe responds to your physical states (and vice versa!). A little bit goes a long way when it comes to mindful breathing and you’ll quickly see the positive impacts it can have on your life with just a few techniques. The beauty of working with your breath is that can be done anywhere, anytime.
