…spirituality can be hard to talk about it.

In the MyEco Wellness program, spirituality is anything that goes beyond the physical and material parts of your life that supports you towards living in alignment with your truest self. Here are some big questions to consider when thinking about your spirituality:

  • Why are you here?

  • What is your purpose?

  • What does life mean?

  • Why is it important for you to be healthy?

Every approach to spirituality is welcome here. Even if you do not consider yourself to be a spiritual person, you may find that looking beyond the physical will introduce you to a new way of seeing your life.


3 easy ways to connect to your spirituality

1) Make a list of things that bring you peace and joy.

Then, set aside time during the week for at least one item from your list.

2) Practice the ripple effect.

Connect to your friends, family, and community in a meaningful way. Check-in on people and consider ways you can help others.

3) Try something new.

Experiment with a spiritual practice that intrigues you. Some options include meditation, breathwork, and prayer.
