Sustainability

We cover sustainability as part of the My EcoSystem program in two ways:

1) the overall sustainability of your wellness and,

2) how to live in a way that supports the sustainability of our environments

When it comes to the sustainability of your health and wellness, it’s important to remember that small changes over time have a much bigger impact than big changes that are short-lived. That is why the MyEco Wellness program goes beyond “diets” and teaches that a healthy lifestyle is much more powerful than the latest diet fad.

*I am certainly not an expert on environmentalism, but I have incorporated some practices into my daily life that positively contribute to environmental sustainability such as reducing single-used plastic and composting. I have a lot of room for growth in this area and am always learning more, so rest-assured that I offer a judgement-free space where we can discuss ideas for living a more sustainable life.
